Everyone knows peppermint tea. Often, it tastes very cool, sometimes almost sharp and monotonous after a few sips. This blend deliberately takes a different approach. Spearmint is clearly in the foreground, bringing a soft, fresh note that doesn't bite. Peppermint complements this with a cool clarity, remaining controlled and not dominant.

Lemongrass should not be understood as lemon in the traditional sense. It lifts the mint, makes the initial impression fresher, and makes the tea seem lighter. The freshness is created immediately upon drinking, not just in the aftertaste. The cinnamon is very finely dosed. It doesn't provide sweetness, but rather structure, and ensures that the tea doesn't taste thin.

In everyday life, the advantage quickly becomes apparent and it is well-suited after meals or in between, when something fresh is desired. Even with a longer steeping time, the taste remains clean. No bitterness develops, and the mint does not turn sharp.

Preparation:

Heat water to 100°C, then steep the tea for 3-5 min.
