The taste is soft and even. Liquorice gives the tea a natural, subtle sweetness that is immediately present but not cloying. Cinnamon provides warmth and depth without spicy dominance. Everything remains calm and well-rounded.

Lavender is finely dosed. It tastes clear and slightly herbaceous, not floral or perfumed. Peppermint adds freshness, but no coldness. Calm Me goes well with quiet moments: in the evening on the sofa, after a meal, or as a regular small break in everyday life.

Preparation:

Heat water to 100°C, then let the tea steep for 3-5 min.
